Antique Korean Carved Elm Bandaji Chest

The interior remains in its original found state, lined with weathered newsprint that serves as a fascinating time capsule of its origins. 
 
Condition: Good / Vintage. Displays a rich, aged patina with natural wear consistent with age. The brass hardware is intact with minor oxidation. Both back hinges need reattached. The interior newspaper lining shows significant peeling and foxing.
