Schedule: 10:45am – 7:15pm | Flexible days between Sunday–Monday

Store Associate to support daily operations, customer experience, inventory management,
and administrative tasks.
Position Overview
Chicago Estate Advisors is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Store Associate to support daily retail operations at our store locations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Open and close the store following company procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with sales
• Process transactions accurately through POS system
• Maintain and restock inventory, including fulfillment shelves
• Assist with merchandising and store presentation
• Support consignment intake and basic administrative tasks
• Help create simple social media content (photos/videos)
• Ensure organization and cleanliness of the sales floor and back areas
What We’re Looking For
• Dependable and punctual with strong work ethic
• Comfortable engaging with customers and driving sales
• Detail-oriented and able to follow systems and processes
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Retail, estate sale, or resale experience preferred
• Must be available every Friday and Saturday
Schedule & Compensation
• Friday & Saturday (Required): 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
$180 per day
• Additional Shifts Available: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
$150 per day
Incentives & Growth
• $100 bonus paid weekly for any single item sale over $1,000
• Eligibility for additional company bonus structure after 6 months
This role rewards individuals who are proactive, sales-driven, and take initiative on the floor.
Independent Contractor Status
This position is classified as an independent contractor role. The Store Associate is
responsible for their own taxes and is not eligible for employee benefits including health
insurance, paid time off, or retirement benefits. Compensation is provided on a daily rate
basis. This is a contract position with the opportunity for consistent weekly hours based on performance and reliability.
