Antique Quarter Sawn Oak 3-Stack Barrister Bookcase
Description: A handsome early 20th-century sectional bookcase crafted from solid quarter sawn oak with a rich, dark honey finish. This three-stack unit features the signature "disappearing" glass doors that slide back into the cabinet. Each section is independent, sitting atop a tiered base and capped with a finished crown molding. The wood displays prominent medullary rays (tiger striping), characteristic of premium period craftsmanship. Ideal for office, library, or as a display cabinet for fine collectibles.
Very Good Antique Condition. The glass is intact across all three sections. The door mechanisms operate smoothly. Minor age-appropriate scuffs on the base and side panels, which enhance the authentic patina.
