Antique Robinson Ransbottom 4-Gallon Blue Crown Stoneware Crock

$150.00Price
Quantity

Description: A staple of early 20th-century American kitchens, this 4-gallon stoneware crock by Robinson Ransbottom features the iconic cobalt blue crown stamp and the numeral "4" designating its capacity. The two-tone glaze—a deep Albany-style brown top and a neutral tan base—is a hallmark of the RRP Co. "Crown" line.

Equipped with molded "ear" handles for easy transport, this durable piece transitions seamlessly from a functional kitchen vessel to a curated decorative anchor. It is ideal as a rustic umbrella stand, a floor vase for large botanical arrangements, or a prominent display piece.

Very Good Antique Condition. The cobalt marking is crisp and well-defined. The body is structurally sound with no major cracks or repairs. Minor surface "glaze pops" and kiln debris are present, which are characteristic of the original firing process and add to its authentic antique character.

Size: 11.5" Diameter x 12" H
